Winter sports enjoyment around the Mittagspitze - for pleasure skiers, ski kids, freestylers and freeriders. The Damüls-Mellau and Faschina ski area is located in the heart of the Bregenzerwald and impresses with its combination of sunny pistes and north-facing slopes for ideal snow conditions at all times. On one side is the former World Cup venue Mellau, on the other the tranquil Walser village of Damüls with its sunny ski meadows.

Alberschwende - Brüggelekopf

The toboggan run from Brüggelekopf down into the valley is a real family experience: varied, with several bends, past picturesque little houses - and from the summit cross you can enjoy a three-country view of Austria, Germany and Switzerland. The moderate gradient makes the run safe and also suitable for children. Toboggans can be hired directly at the Alpengasthof Brüggele, the toboggans are returned in a container at the end of the run.
